Ok!
Since i'm still tinkering with my videos i figure i'll write my entry and put up my lovely photos for all yer enjoyment =)
The trip up
Liz started off driving and i was in the front with her. The trip up was pretty cramped because we had like 9 fucking tents with us! Plus all our own shit

We left at 2ish then about 4 o clock Mcguigan from the car in front radios us and tells us hes forgot his fucking ticket. Aye

Then later on in England we got stuck in a massive traffic queue because of an accident. As if that wasn't bad enough Williams car started to overheat and had smoke coming out the bonnet. So we had 2 stop on the hard shoulder.
It was just a case of "Fuuuuckk"
Lol - so we drove on and left the smoking car - stopped at a rest station and waited for them to catch up. Turned out we where waiting for a lonnnggg time.
By the time we actually got to download (we got a bit lost and ended up going round the same round about like 4 times!!) It was about 11 o clock!! It was pure dark and we had 2 find a campsite and put up 9 tents :| Not cool. Stef was a wee saint puttin up the tents. Also some guys from the other campsite helped us. By the time we got everything from the car and put up about 7 tents it was 2 o clock. I was not a happy bunny.
Susan looks pretty happy tho.

Thursday
A fine tent you have there - but sure it is no barn
The next morning i woke up at 5:45. Aye. Couldn't get back to fuckin sleep so i was up for almost 3 hours by myself until everyone else work up at 8:30.
We decided to go into town for a wee while and get some barbeque stuff for the guys coming later on. Then we spent ages tryin 2 find a Mcdonalds that didn't fucking exsist. As Liz mentioned on her journal - we had to carry like 4 heavy bags each back to the campsite - which was ages away, and we got lost at one point! We got back 2 the campsite to find Mcguigan getting high and dressed like this:
I wasn't really all that pissed off cause i knew the worst was over - so i smoked a jay with Niblet and felt quite contented until everyone else arrived
Well at least Ross was happy with his tent
Pete and Haribo came to visit
This was when Mcguigans airbed was still afloat - me thinks the reason it burst was because like 6 ppl where sitting on it.

Then he went in his tent for awhile.....and literally burst out dressed like this

The guys had been at the campsite like an hour and had trashed it already. Plus Mick arrived totally hammered and kept falling into the tents we spent ages putting up!

We got the BBQ on the go, but hardly anyone ate anything - except Ben who had like 3 burgers.
Me Stef and Susan headed to the village and bought some herbal speed.
3 tablets - the rules being
1. Take the first 2 tablets, wait half an hour take the 3rd - stef took all hers right away
2. Only take one type of tablet at a time - Stef and Susan went to another stall and bought herbal LSD and took that too (i never because i don't really think that shit works)
3. DONT DRINK ON THE TABLET - Stef drank on the tablets
As a result our poor little Steffi was a bit fucked up. And was pissed off when imaginary Steve fell into her tent.
We tried to get down to the cinema at night to see "Shaun of the Dead" but it was packed to the max. All these English people made a path through where i was sitting and kept kicking me! Everytime they done it the would say "sorry" in that annoying English accent. This happended like 30 times in a row. No exaggeration. I was ragin (I DONT CARE IF YOUR FUCKING SORRY JUST STOP KICKING ME!!) So we left that bullshit after about 15 mins into the film and headed back to camp.
Friday
Stef had recovered by now so we got up early to recharge our batteries and get some lovely fruit.
We sat next to "Jesus's tyre" and met this random English guy called Luke. We pretty much just sat and slagged England but he was cool with it. Lol. He took this photo of us =)
Dean came down a bit later on aswell and joined us.
On the first day we saw:
-The end of Zico chain- not really memorable at all
-Buckcherry- very good, but the guy was trying to be Mr cool taking about the first time he took Coke, whatever.
-Hinder- Also very impressed with them even though i only knew one song
-Megadeth - Not memorable
-Dragonforce - I was very much looking forward to Dragonforce and they weren't very good which was dissapointing. The sound was pretty bad which sucked. These were all on the mainstage. Afterwards me Stef and Susan headed over to the Dimebag stage to see
-Paramore- They where absolutley amazing. Me and Stef where really near the front and in a pit. We bribed our way there with glowsticks ^_^ They opened with "Misery Business" which was amazing! I was really pissed off tho because this big guy (i mean like Stu Glass build) elbowed me full on straight in the chest, like not an accident or anything, and it was really sore. FUCKING IGNORANT PRICK. So we bailed after a few songs and held back to watch the rest on the big screen. Finished with "Pressure" =) Hayley is an awesome singer <3
Now at this point I stress that I wanted to see "Enter Shikari." I phoned Ben like 50 times to try and meet him but never picked up his phone grrr. Plus the tent was already horribley crowded and stuffy and i was sore after the Paramore pit so me and Steffers headed over to the main stage again to watch
- :| Velvet Revolver Which I didn't really pay attention too because I was pissed off at not seeing "Enter Shikari" Boo...
-The last band of the night was Korn And as many of you already know they were on the Dime bag stage and My Chemical Romance where on the mainstage. I won't go on about what a travesty this is because its getting old, and MCR got their just desserts when they got bottled off after 30 mins. We got as close as possible to Korn which ment we had to stand outside the tent. I still got a look at Jonathan Davies and could see parts of the stage and the screen which I was happy with. Korn played an exellent set (they never played Thoughtless though which surprised me) and finished with "Blind" which was awesome. I was really really impressed with them and would defo go see them in concert now.

Me and Ben were the last ones back from Korn and I was absolutely shattered. Everyone else went to the fair in the village, but I was just boring and had a wee early night =)
